SI granted patent for Logi™Flex in Europe

Surgical Innovations (SI) has received notification from the European patent office that its patent application for Logi™Flex has been granted. Patenting innovative products is a vital part of the SI strategy to protect its intellectual property (IP).

Logi™Flex is a Resposable™ flexible endoscopic instrument which provides a cost-effective solution to effective gastric band deployment. The patent is based on flexible strip technology which allows both easy insertion of the device and easy manipulation of the gastric band.
