Description of business The Company is the holding company of a group whose principal activities in the year involved the design, development and manufacture of devices for use in Minimally Invasive Surgery and industrial markets. Surgical devices are targeted at the operating theatre environment in both public and private hospitals. In international markets, the Group sells through independent healthcare distributors and through Original Equipment Manufacturer and licensing contracts with major suppliers of medical equipment.
