1992 Company founded by Professor McMahon and Peter Moran to develop the Endoflex Retractor
1992–1998 Traded from two small units manufacturing and distributing Endoflex and 'Report' Port access system
1998 Admitted to AIM following merger with Haemocell Plc
1998 Worldwide license agreement signed with Genzyme for Endoflex Retractor
1999–2000 Developed YelloPort™ and Logic reusable range
2000 Major changes to Group Board and business strategy. Moved from direct sales force in the UK to distributor and increased international presence
  Reassessed the product line. Created the 'resposable' concept
2001 Launched Logic Scissors at EAES, Maastricht
2002 Introduced Pencil Point Trocars to YelloPort™ range
  First OEM agreement signed with Aesculap AG
